New England Elite
For over 15 years, our program has grown from the Seacoast Seadogs into what is now New England Elite — a tournament team showcasing the top talent from across our league of more than 4,000 participants each year.
We field teams in every age division, with both coed and girls’ options, ensuring every athlete has the opportunity to compete at the highest level.
As part of the Future Gen Sports NFL Flag banner, New England Elite gives players the chance to represent their home league and teammates while competing against the best.
Coaching Excellence
We are seeking dedicated coaches who are passionate about developing players and leading teams to success. Each coach will focus on a single age division, allowing for maximum attention, growth, and performance. Head Coaches receive a $350 stipend, and their children play free of charge.
Player & Coach Commitment
To ensure a cohesive and competitive program, both players and coaches must commit fully to representing New England Elite at the NFL Flag Football Regional Tournament. This shared dedication is what drives our teams to perform at the highest level.
